The information provided by TIGER LIVING PTY LTD is for general guidance regarding residential construction services and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
All project details—including but not limited to pricing, timelines, designs, and materials—are subject to change based on site conditions, council requirements, and material availability. Preliminary discussions, concept designs, and cost estimates are indicative only and do not form part of a legally binding agreement unless confirmed in writing.

⸻
Landscaping
Unless explicitly included in the signed building contract, landscaping services (e.g., turfing, fencing, garden beds, retaining walls, driveways, and external finishes) are excluded from the standard scope of work. These services may be quoted separately upon request and are subject to additional terms.
⸻
Custom Builds
Custom-designed homes or variations to standard designs may require additional engineering, compliance approvals, and specialist input. All custom features, materials, and finishes must be confirmed in writing. Any design or specification changes after contract signing may affect pricing and timelines and must be agreed to through a formal variation process.
⸻
Owner-Supplied Materials
If the client elects to supply materials, fittings, or fixtures, TIGER LIVING PTY LTD is not liable for delays, damage, or installation issues related to these items. All owner-supplied materials must meet Australian standards and be delivered to the site by the agreed date. Responsibility for warranty and performance of these items lies with the client and/or the manufacturer.
⸻
TIGER LIVING PTY LTD is not responsible for delays or cost variations caused by unforeseen events such as adverse weather, site access restrictions, supply shortages, subcontractor availability, or client-driven changes.
Warranties and post-construction services are provided as outlined in your building contract and in accordance with applicable laws. Clients are advised to carefully review all contractual documentation and seek independent legal advice if needed before proceeding with any residential construction project.
